Draft and Ask AI
The Editor holds the one shared document. While it is a Draft, the team writes it together, and every span remembers who wrote it and whether a human has looked at it.
Realtime editing
Everyone in the document edits the same text at once. Presence shows who is here; the header shows human, AI and unreviewed shares of the text.
Ask AI
Ask about the whole draft or a selection. While the AI works, a small flag marks the block it was asked about and the activity feed logs joined, each suggestion, finished and left. Four quick actions, in the Scopeleaf AI panel and inside Ask AI (Summarise this document, Suggest improvements, Check for missing sections, Fix spelling and acronyms), send fixed instructions; what they find arrives as ordinary suggestions.
Review changes
Each row shows the change and, when the AI gives one, its rationale; the same change is drawn inline as a red deletion and a green insertion. Approve applies it for everyone; Reject removes it. Comments have Show change, Reply and Resolve.
Mark as reviewed
Approving a suggestion marks its text reviewed. For AI text nobody has reviewed yet, click inside it and press Mark as reviewed (or Mod+Shift+E). Editing inside AI text also marks it reviewed. Reviewed text still counts as AI-written.
Themes and panels
The ◐ menu switches between the Paper and Plain document skins. The two panel buttons hide the suggestion cards and the activity sidebar; hiding both is focus mode.
