Review and ready
Your team decides what belongs in the ticket. At Refined, the document stays in the Editor: review changes, continue editing, then mark Ready explicitly.
After GrillMe
When the operator confirms the end of the interview, Scopeleaf prepares the final version by itself: separate proposed changes from the saved draft and the shared discussion, paid from the host’s points, with Retry if it cannot start. Approve, reject or edit each proposal beside the document, or press Accept final version to approve every pending one and mark the ticket Ready. Nothing replaces your draft automatically.
Structure
Your selected template supplies the structure. Unresolved questions and assumptions stay visible in the review panel; they are not certified or decided for you.
Review and ready
Keep editing the shared document. Mark Ready when your team has finished reviewing it; editing then locks until the host or operator reopens it. Markdown and HTML exports include approved and saved edits, not pending or rejected suggestions. A Word export adds the pending ones as Word's tracked changes.
Skip the interview
GrillMe is optional. An entitled host or operator can choose Review and export from the header’s More menu while the document is a Draft. You review the same document without an AI interview or automatic rewrite. Until a prototype is built from the ticket, the skipped interview can still run: More → Start GrillMe in the review.
