Templates

Twelve templates in six categories: Stories (User Story, Feature ticket, Dev story (agent-ready), Lean ticket), Enablers (Enabler), Quality (Bug report), Architecture (Non-functional Requirement, Technical Debt), Discovery (Spike / research) and Planning (PI Planning Note, Team Improvement), plus Blank. A custom template is one of the work items with the sections you choose, in your order, and belongs to your account. The host of a document can also save it as a template, with its whole text or only its headings: a new document made from it starts with that text and has the same type. Such a template is renamed or deleted from Templates, not edited section by section. In Choose a template, Open a fully written example opens a complete Feature ticket. Older template types remain readable in existing documents.

Plans and AI points

Starter: €19 a month or €190 a year per host, excluding VAT; 900 AI points a month; up to 8 guests per document; 5 own templates and 3 projects; dependency analysis of up to 10 documents.

Business: €49 a month or €490 a year per host, excluding VAT; 2,700 AI points a month; guests with no fixed cap; 50 own templates and 50 projects; dependency analysis of up to 20 documents; your coding agent in the draft; top-ups of 1,000 points for €19, valid 12 months.

Each AI step spends points in line with what it really costs. Plan points renew on the billing day each month, yearly plans too, and do not carry over. At zero, new AI steps stop; the editor, export and guests keep working. Guests are always free. Change plan or cancel from Manage billing.

Project glossary

A project page has a glossary: the name your team agreed on for a concept, what it means, and up to five words to stop using for it. Add terms on the page, or from a naming finding of a dependency analysis started from the project. Up to 100 terms per project; the AI does not read the glossary yet.

Limits

GrillMe has no fixed question count. Provider, usage and runtime limits can interrupt it; they do not complete it. AI reviews propose local changes anchored to exact text. An acceptance whose anchor has changed is refused as stale. External agents: at most ten proposals per request, sixty requests per minute. Uploads: up to twelve Markdown or Word (.docx) files at once, 100,000 characters each, a Word file up to 25 MB; a Jira export (CSV, or REST JSON) imports up to twelve issues at a time, each one a document. A dependency analysis compares 2 to 20 documents (10 on Starter), twenty analyses per account per day. Projects and custom templates follow the plan (above).

Retention

Closing a document keeps it and ends access; the host reopens it from Documents, in Closed. Nothing is deleted because nobody used it. Deleting a document removes it at once, and the snippets, links and files kept in its Scrapbook, and the files attached in its Files window (the wide workspace), go with it, the files included. Agent credentials expire when the document closes or is deleted, or after 24 hours, whichever comes first. A project keeps its name, context, colour and glossary, and the board you made for it, if any; deleting the project deletes them. Any board, a project's, one you make from Home or a document's own, holds a frame for each of your documents on it, with the document's title and its sections, updated from the document each time the board is opened, and what the people you shared it with wrote there. A document leaves the project when the document is deleted, and its frame, with those notes, leaves every board. A note someone copies from it is their own, like text they paste, and stays. A final version's board is deleted with the final document. A board you make from Home stays until you delete it or your account. Comments on a board stay with the board, with their authors' names, and you can remove your own. Deleting your account deletes your own boards with their comments, and keeps your comments on other people's boards, signed “Someone”. A dependency analysis is deleted with any document it read. A template you save from a document is your own copy of its text, or of its headings only: it stays when the document is closed or deleted, until you delete it. A final document you accept stays in your account until you delete it or your account. Closing the session does not delete it; deleting it deletes the conflict analyses that read it. After each grooming, Scopeleaf keeps an AI summary in the host's Second Brain: what was agreed, what stayed open and the terms the team confirmed, with the document's title and the grooming's date, without the participants' names. It stays until the host deletes the item, all memory, or the account; closing the session does not delete it. Deleting your account deletes your boards, your projects and final documents with their boards, custom templates, Second Brain and analyses.
