Working together
5 answers
Does AI rewrite the ticket for us?
Yes, as a proposal for your team to review. AI prepares the final version when the operator confirms the end of GrillMe. The host or operator can edit and review each change. They can also choose Accept final version to approve the pending changes and mark the ticket Ready. In Draft, AI suggests changes you can approve or reject. Nothing is applied without approval.
What happens in GrillMe?
GrillMe questions your draft one question at a time. Everyone can propose answers and discuss. The operator the host picks sends the answer that moves to the next question. When the operator confirms the end, AI prepares a proposed final version for your team to review.
What is the optional prototype?
When it helps, the ready ticket becomes a clickable prototype on sample data, built from the ticket and shared with a password link; your team and your client leave notes, and the notes come back to the ticket as comments. A build spends the host's AI points, and a host has up to 5 builds a month. Many tickets never need one.
Do we need a polished brief to start?
No. A sentence, a problem, or a rough feature idea is enough. Choose a template and improve it together.
Can several people work on the same ticket?
Yes. The editor and GrillMe update in real time. Invited guests join free with the host's link and a free Scopeleaf sign-in.
Which AI model reviews the draft?
A model served through OpenRouter, chosen for fast, precise edits. Every suggestion arrives as a card with the change shown in place; nothing is applied until a person approves it.
How long does a GrillMe interview run?
There is no fixed number of questions: GrillMe asks one at a time until it has what it needs and your team confirms it is done. Pausing or reaching a limit interrupts the interview rather than finishing it.
Can my own agent work in the draft?
Yes. The host copies an invitation from Share → Your agent and pastes it into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or any agent that can send HTTP requests. The agent proposes and comments by name; humans approve. Access ends when GrillMe starts, on revoke, or within 24 hours.
Can we use our own AI key?
Yes. Add your own keys, from one provider or several, and set a budget. Scopeleaf still picks the model for each task, and without a key of your own it runs the models for you.
Does every teammate need a subscription?
No. Only the host pays. Invited guests join free, and the AI steps they start in the session spend the host's points. A Starter host can have up to 8 guests in a session; Business has no fixed cap.
What does it cost?
Starter is €19 a month or €190 a year, and Business is €49 a month or €490 a year, per host and excluding VAT. Mentor, everything in Business plus time with experienced product owners, is priced with you on a short call. Guests never pay.
What are AI points?
Points pay for the AI. Each AI step — a review, a GrillMe interview, a proposal — spends points in line with what it really costs, so a short interview costs less than a long one. Starter gets 900 points a month, about 39 typical features with GrillMe or 14 long ones; Business gets 2,700, about 118 or 43. Your balance is always in the header, and each step's points are in the activity list.
What happens when the points run out?
New AI steps stop, and the editor, export, guests and everything already written keep working. A GrillMe interview starts only with at least 30 points left; one already running may finish up to 50 points below zero, then pauses with its answers kept. Starter is offered Business; Business can top up 1,000 points for €19, valid for 12 months. Plan points renew on your billing day each month and do not carry over.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, from Manage billing. An upgrade is immediate and prorated, and your balance tops up to the new plan's points less what you used this month. A downgrade takes effect at the end of the paid period.
Is there yearly billing?
Yes: €190 a year for Starter and €490 for Business, two months free. You get the same points every month on your billing day. A yearly plan is refunded in full within 14 days of the first yearly charge or of the switch to yearly.
Do prices include VAT?
No. Prices are in euros and exclude VAT. VAT is added at checkout where it applies, and EU businesses with a valid VAT ID are reverse-charged.
Can I cancel, or withdraw?
Cancel any time from Manage billing: access continues to the end of the paid period, and a monthly plan is not refunded for a month already started. If you subscribe as a consumer, or as a sole trader for a purpose that is not professional for you, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of the start of your subscription. Use Withdraw from contract on the Billing page, or e-mail kontakt@rel8.pl. The subscription ends at once and we refund what you paid, less a proportionate amount for the days you used it. Top-up points are not refunded once used.
Which integrations are there?
The finished feature goes to Jira, Confluence, Google Docs or Google Drive, or downloads as Markdown, HTML or Word. Jira tracks the work; Scopeleaf prepares it.
What do you keep, and for how long?
Closing a session keeps it and ends access, and the host can reopen it. A session is deleted only when its host deletes it, or deletes their account; nothing expires on its own. Export the result you want to keep outside Scopeleaf. Some things stay in your account until you delete them or the account: prototypes you build, with their notes and a copy of the ticket; your own templates, with the text you saved into one from a document (guests' words included); final documents you accept, with the ticket's text as accepted, guests' words included (closing the session does not delete them, and neither does a guest deleting their own account); your Second Brain, an AI summary of what each grooming you hosted agreed and left open, without the participants' names; your projects' names, descriptions, colours and glossaries; and the boards you make from Home and your projects' and final versions' boards, with what the people you invited put on them and the sections of each of your documents on them, updated from the document each time the board is opened (a document's own board goes with its session; a deleted document takes its frame and those notes off every board). Comments on a board go with the board, and you can remove your own. Deleting your account deletes your own boards with their comments, and keeps your comments on other people's boards, signed “Someone”. Your account and billing records stay while you have an account; after you delete it, billing records stay with Stripe and the subscription dates with us. Exported files, and copies held by AI and other connected providers, follow their own rules. The privacy policy has the full list.
Is document content used to train models?
Scopeleaf does not train models and does not log document content. To produce suggestions, the content goes through OpenRouter to a model provider. Every request asks for providers that keep nothing, and OpenRouter says a provider that keeps nothing cannot train on it. The provider's own terms still apply, and OpenRouter chooses the provider; see the privacy page.
Who provides Scopeleaf, and does my data stay in the EU?
Scopeleaf is provided by REL8 PIOTR SŁABOSZ, a company in Poland, so the GDPR, the EU AI Act and Polish law apply to it. Your sessions are stored in Ireland. We cannot promise that everything stays in the EU: AI requests go to OpenRouter and its model providers, and sign-in, hosting, payments and analytics also run partly in the US. The privacy policy lists every provider, where it runs, and what protects the transfer.
What happens to a demo I start from a link?
We read the page you gave once, only if it is public, and send its text through OpenRouter to make the demo, asking for providers that keep nothing. We keep the demo for seven days under a random code in its address, with the page's host name but not its full address. We ask for no account, name or e-mail, and the import is asked to leave people's names out of the ticket. Delete this demo removes it at once. To allow two demos a day per visitor, we count them under a keyed hash of your IP address and delete that count when the day ends. If you sign up and keep it, it becomes your document and, where they are available, your prototype and board.
Is there a data processing agreement?
Yes. For personal data in your sessions, you are the controller and REL8 is your processor. The processing terms of Article 28 of the GDPR are part of the Terms of Service, under Personal data in your content.
